HPI features several types of woven labels

We can help you select the best option!

Woven labels

If you’re looking for a  simple yet effective way to promote your brand on apparel, woven labels are a good option, because they are very versatile and customizable. They can be applied to many different items such as backpacks and bags, caps and beanies, as well as jackets, shirts, hoodies, and much more.

Arrow Emblems offers several styles of woven labels. You can choose the style based on the item you would like to apply the labels to. Woven labels come with a laser cut edge and typically no backing. Heat seal and sticker backing are available for woven labels without folds. You can see examples of some of the most popular folds below.

  1. No fold

  • Can be used for tshirts on the bottom edge, sleeve, or back of neck

  • Popular choice for size tags on clothing (S, M, L, XL, etc.) or to decorate the chest, sleeve, or bottom of a shirt or hoodie with a brand logo

  1. Center fold

  • Perfect for sewing on beanies or cuffs on other garments

  • The center fold allows the label to fold over the cuff or edge for a neat appearance

  1. Both center and end fold

  • Works for beanies, cuffs, and the inside of caps, too

  • The end folds allow for more sewing space and hides the stitching of the label

  1. Mitre fold

  • Often used on the back of the neck area on t shirts or hoodies

We also manufacture care and instructions labels for clothing.

The main visual difference between Hard Enamel Pins and Soft Enamel Pins is the texture. While hard enamel has a smooth finish, soft enamel pins consist of dips and ridges.
