| Currently, he is CEO of HPI Emblem (www.hpiemblem.com), a vertically integrated China-based manufacturer with sales and customer service offices in Southern California serving the U.S. apparel, promotional products and
uniform markets. Through distributor partners, HPI Emblem has produced
emblems for such nationally recognized organizations as Boy Scouts of America, Canon, Coke, Avis, Stanley Cup, Chevrolet, UPS, Maytag, Mack Trucks, Boeing, Universal Studios, Pfizer, MTV, NASA, United Auto Workers, Disneyland, Lions Club, World Cup, Budweiser, Warner Brothers, Hertz, Chicago Cubs, Porsche, AYSO Soccer, Lucent, Kohler & the U.S. Military -- as well as innumerable local police, fire and sheriff agencies. Liu currently serves as Chairman of the Promotional Products Association International
(PPAI) Technology Committee.

| In addition, Liu is also a Managing Director of Imagiant, Inc., which is an advisory firm specializing in entertainment media, new technologies and venture financing. Imagiant Inc. owns and manages www.reelplay.com, a film distribution online resource which currently has over 50,000 registered users. |

| Prior to HPI EMBLEM, Liu was the Co-Founder/President of Reelplay.com Inc., a Forbes Top 200 B2B Company, one of the leading B2B digital marketplaces and ASP e-business solution providers for the worldwide film and television distribution industry. At ReelPlay, Liu was responsible for raising close to $6M in venture capital from a number of Silicon Valley and Hollywood heavyweights, including SOFTBANK Venture Capital, WaterView Advisors run by Frank Biondi, Jr. (former chief executive at Viacom, Universal Studios and HBO), CEO Pehong Chen of Broadvision, former EVP Universal Studios Howard Weitzman and CEO Dominic Orr of Alteon Web System. Liu also worked closely with the world's top film and television distributors to build innovative service applications around industry-specific core business processes related to the marketing, sales and distribution. Moreover, Liu was also instrumental in convincing a large portion of the international distribution industry to use the service registering over 30,000 professionals from over 30 countries worldwide. |

| Named by Transpacific Magazine as one of the "Top 40 Professionals in the U.S. to Watch," Liu started out his career as a commercial banker at Wells Fargo Bank, where he became an Assistant Vice President in the Premier Banking Group and was responsible for managing a $60 million portfolio of prime commercial clients and high-net-worth individuals. To further broaden his professional scope, Liu enrolled in the MBA Program at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business where he quickly earned the respect of his professors, who invited him to join their strategy consultancy, Futurethink LLC. As one of the firm's Managing Directors, Liu advised senior executives at an array of institutions, ranging from corporate giants DaimlerChrsyler and Xerox, to media and entertainment organizations such as MPR's Marketplace Radio and the USC School of Cinema and Television. |

| While working a full schedule, Liu also founded the Asian Professional Exchange (www.apex.org), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation and membership organization dedicated to excellence in community service, professional development and cultural awareness. Serving as President and Executive Director from 1993 to 1997, Liu led the organization from a concept on a napkin to one of the largest Asian Pacific American community service and professional development organizations in United States, now with close to
5000 members. In his current role as Chairman of the Board, Liu also
oversees the APEX Board of Advisors, which has evolved into a distinguished group of community and business leaders - including George Takei, former California State Treasurer Matt Fong, East West Center Governor Lily Chen, Executive Director Stewart Kwoh of the Asian Pacific American Legal Center, former StarTV Chairman Gareth Chang, U.S. Federal Judge Ronald Lew, former LA City Councilman Michael Woo and U.S. Ambassador March Fong Eu. |

| In addition, Liu's experience spans a wide range of activities, past and present, including the Loyola Marymount Media MBA in Media Advisory Board, LMU Center for Asian Business, Junior Achievement Advisory Board, AINT [Asians in entertainment & New Technologies], LA Asian Pacific Film/Video Festival Advisory Board, Golden Gate University Center for East/West Entrepreneurial Studies Board, East West Players NTC, Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Promotional Products Association International (PPAI).
Most recently, Liu was recognized by the Boys Scouts of America in Los Angeles as a "Citizen of the Year". Liu also sits on the board of directors of a textile manufacturer and distributor based in Suzhou, China and has taught an executive MBA core marketing course in Wuxi, China on behalf of Golden Gate University. |

| Liu is currently an Executive Producer of a feature film documentary, YOURS TRULY, MS. CHINATOWN, which just received a prestigious National Asian American Telecommunications Association (NAATA) PBS grant. He also sits on the Advisory Board of Eastar (Xing Xing) Digital Corporation (www.xing-xing.com), a Beijing-based 3D digital animation company servicing the motion picture, advertising, mobile and game industries. |
