Tariff Surcharge Alert

Due to the additional 15% tariff set on May 9th, we are passing on part of the cost with a $0.08 Duty Surcharge on all patches. We hope this will be a temporary measure and are doing our best to keep the effects of this new policy as minimal as possible. (Duty Surcharge not included in pricing below.)

Details

  • Set Up and Shipping

    Free setup. Free standard shipping orders $500(A) or more. Flat rate $20(G) shipping on orders less than $500. Rush Air Express shipping $60(G) if needed. Orders to Canada require $60(G) Express Air charge.

  • Standard Chenille Patch Products

    We can include up to 3 layers of felt (inserts are 1) upon request.  Our machines are dual chenille & embroidery, so we can get perfect registration on any embroidery work needed when detail is too small for chenille.

  • Colors

    Up to 6 Chenille Colors on one patch from the available materials colors. Physical swatch books are available upon request for $50(A).

  • Size

    Please calculate by adding the length + width and dividing by 2. We measure our chenille patches felt to felt.

  • Production Time

    As fast as 10 days from final approval of art or spec sample. Production time varies based on order details and quantity.

  • Spec Samples

    Pre-production samples are available upon request. Add approx 7-10 days to normal production time. 
    Emailed photo -- $20(G) 
    In-hands sample -- $60(G)
    Design changes after Pre-Pro Sample -- $25(G)

  • Standard Packaging

    Bulk packaging is included. For individual poly bagging, please add $0.20 (g) per piece.

  • Exact match $60 per item (G)

    We need a physical sample. Without sample we can't guarantee 100% accurate duplication. The cost is freight charge to Asian factory.

  • Stock Inserts

    We have over 100 Insert designs to choose from.
