A split design is perfect for baseball jersey letters. Connected tackle twill lettering can be seamlessly split for the fronts of button-up baseball jerseys.
Split jersey lettering costs a bit more because there is a fee for the design to be split. These tackle twill letters for jerseys can be split with a straight cut or the traditional way. Of course, if your jersey lettering isn't connected you don't have to worry about splitting it. You can simply heat seal the jersey letters down on either side of the split.
