What are acceptable formats for submitting artwork?
All submitted artwork must be "approved" by our factory before beginning production. We prefer artwork to be in a PC vector art format (.eps,.ai,.cdr). If you are sending vector art, please have all text converted to curves. Also acceptable are .JPG, .GIF, .BMP or .TIF formats of atleast 200 dpi in resolution. Embroidery files in a Tajima .DST format accompanied by a thread color sequence are also acceptable.
