SAMPLES (PRE-PRODUCTION OR SPEC)

Virtual Sample - An initial Virtual Sample (digital scan of a sew-out) can be produced and viewed online for a $15 flat rate fee in addition to the cost of the actual order. An order must be placed along with a Virtual Sample request. If another Virtual Sample must be made due to a customer's design change, there will be a tape digitizing fee of $4 per 1000 stitches for that second Virtual Sample and each additional Virtual Sample thereafter. There will be no extra charge for minor changes (i.e. color changes) to Virtual Samples that do not require the digitizing of a new tape. If the order is canceled after a Virtual Sample is made, an additional tape digitizing fee of $4 per 1000 stitches will be charged. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for all sample requests.
Physical Sample - An initial Physical Pre-Production Sample can be produced and sent for a $35 flat rate fee plus shipping. If an actual order from a Physical Sample is not placed within 30 days, an additional tape digitizing fee of $4 per 1000 stitches will be charged. If another Physical Sample must be made due to a customer's design change, it will be treated as a new sample order. There will be no extra charge for minor changes such as color changes. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for all sample requests. |
